In order to submit a product idea to Radio Flyer, you must have a published utility patent application or issued utility patent. Unfortunately, we cannot consider submissions of non-patented ideas, designs (including design patents), artwork, advertising or marketing suggestions, copyright registrations, slogans, logos, brands, trademarks or similar information.

If you send us any material that is not an issued utility patent or published utility patent application, we will neither copy nor review your material, and we will return the material to you without consideration
